Wing Snob was born out of a simple belief: that a truly great chicken wing can change your whole day.
It started in 2018, when founder Marcus Webb set up a backyard grill in Katy, Texas, and began experimenting with wing sauces he couldn't find at any restaurant. Friends kept coming back. Then friends of friends. Then strangers. By 2019, Marcus knew he was onto something real.
Wing Snob officially opened its doors on 3902 N Fry Rd that same year, armed with 12 signature sauces, a commitment to hand-tossed, never-frozen wings, and an attitude that flavor should never be ordinary. The wingsnob philosophy — obsessive attention to every sauce, every crunch, every bite — became the brand's heartbeat from day one.
Today, Wing Snob serves thousands of happy customers across Katy and the Houston metro area. We deliver, we cater, and we're growing — but the soul of what we do hasn't changed one bit.

Faced with global challenges, Wing Snob pivots to a delivery-first model, becoming one of Katy's top-rated food delivery services. We partner with local drivers and invest in insulated packaging to keep wings crispy en route.
Wing Snob hits its 10,000th delivered order — celebrated with a community feast and a limited-edition "Snob Royale" sauce that fans still request to this day. Our rating climbs to 4.9 stars across platforms.
